Lend A Paw Doggy Fun Day
Charity event to help people and pets in need
Get those tails wagging and join us for the canine social event of the year at our annual Lend A Paw Doggy Fun Day.
Hosted by King Street Veterinary Hospital, there will be free dental checks plus fun agility challenges, obedience demonstrations and dogs sports by dog training experts Man's Best Friend.
Sample our cake stall and enter fun competitions such as Best Dressed Pet, Owner Pet Lookalike and Waggiest Tail!
You can try your luck with the raffle where one lucky winner will take home a beautiful orthopaedic dog bed valued at $300 thanks to our generous sponsor Doggy Snooze Center.
All while helping to raise funds to support 'Lend a Paw', a local program helping people and pets in need.
When: Sunday 16 August, 2026, from 10am to 1pm
Where: Murwillumbah Showgrounds, Main Ring
Cost: $5 per dog.

This is a dog (& people) only event, and for everyone's safety and enjoyment we welcome dogs who are friendly towards other dogs and humans. All dogs must be on a lead.
